Refund policy
We hope you love all your purchases from Triple Charm Boutique! However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, items will no longer be eligible for return.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted. If an item comes with tags, they must remain attached. Returns that have been worn/washed, altered, have makeup stains, deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume smell, smells of smoke, or any other stains will not be accepted. They are not eligible for a return/exchange.
No returns on any accessories accepted unless arrives damaged. They are not eligible for a return/exchange.
Please refer to the return portal for returns at the bottom of the website page. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Store credit will be issued via email once your return has been processed.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving your order. Please email us at returns.triplecharm@yahoo.com with photos of the damage.
Please note: Color variations due to monitor resolutions, lighting, or photography lenses do not qualify as damaged items.
